Bare hand Tai Chi Fridays 6:00
Advance Tai Chi class: Fridays 6:50 - 7:45pm
(Must have at least one year of Tai Chi experience for this class)
Location: New Lynn Community Centre Hall, 45 Totara Avenue, New Lynn
Dress code: comfortable shirt, long pants(no shorts) and sport shoes. No sharp jewellery or watches.
You are welcome to come and observe. First class free.
