2019 Saturday the 9th November is National Kung Fu Wu Shu Championship. There were more than 200 competitors from 17 clubs joined the event. Our KungFu and Tai Chi team got 10 gold, 13 silver and 8 bronze medals and second team winner! KungFuWorld is proud of you!!!

The 3rd CNSST KUNGFUWORLD WuShu Competitionon was held on Subday 29th September. All the students from North Shore, NewLynn, Parnell Kung Fu and Tai Chi group joined our event. There were students between 6 to over 60 years old. There are four tops judges Wang Hui and Han Tao are from Beijing Sport university, Suki Yang is from ShangHai sports university and Jun is local.

14 Sep Our team joined World Qi Gong Day in western spring community hall. We enjoyed Qigong Ba Duan Jin, Wu Qin Xi, Shi Er Gong Fa and Yang Sheng Zhang practise together.

The 8th World Kungfu Championships is held in Emenshan , China from June 14th to 18th, 2019. More than 5,000 athletes from almost 50 countries and regions come to Emeishan to illustrate with skill, passion and power how wushu’s legacy has set down deep roots around the globe. Peter Gorden and Sophia Bleskie from our team joined the competition. Peter has won 2 gold medals in Tai Chi Quan and Tai Chi Sword. Sophia has won silver medal in Cha Quan and bronze medal in Chen style Tai Chi Sword. Well done team!!! We are so proud of you!!!

One World One Breath! 27th April CNSST Kung Fu World Tai Chi team has joined World Tai Chi Day in Auckland

New Zealand Wu Shu Championships 2018. There are 10 individual items and 1 group item. Our team got 4 gold medals,4 silver and 7 bronzes.

On the 9th September 2017, CNSST Kungfuworld held its first Wu Shu Competition. This activity was organized by CNSST Kungfuworld Head Coach Xue Hua (Jojo) and her students: Peter Gordon & Robert Lui. The event was to bring all her students together to test their skills amongst each other. The purpose of holding such a large event is to get students improve their skills while also making a lot of new friends. A large range of items included individual and group performances whilst at the same time promoting Wu Shu.

Not only there were children group items but also demonstrations performed by adults. Tai Chi and Kung Fu demonstrations by the adults weren’t scored, but to show to the public the broad spectrum of Wu Shu. Tai Chi performances involved:

CNSST KUNGFUWORLD’s first Wu Shu Competition was a huge success. It wouldn’t be possible thanks to the organizers, participants and families who supported the event.
